If, imo....if .0012 is your high, you would be giving away your shares...

If 100 million SS is the end target for "Encounter" in the PTEL (B.V.) spin-off...

Remember old Encounter Shares have back filled in pps to .01 at Yahoo...split creates a 50% share reduction or .50

If you run to .10 before the split. That is $5 per share...

That leave the 1% and 5% to form NPT which would come out of a $4 preferred shares price...imo

Just saying I won't be pulling the trigger to fast...on a 4 year wait.

I don't know where you get that from. "Reports", whatever they may be, can be anything from bs to outright lies.

$.0001 stocks can pop or not. There's nothing "easy" about taking advantage of them popping. If they do, that is.

When a real investor has concerns there is no need to send capital letter posts. Board is supposed to be for open discussion and if someone does not agree with you or misses your point to be offended.

Now, my apologies for missing that Hudson is ready to send out info. I have been here for years and heard it all. Especially retreading old info.

Now please update me or show me info on the Hudson update. Who said he would do it? I hope it was from him.
