Honestly Sam has failed horribly with Infrax. After so many years and being on Itrons website as a partner, Sam has shown us he can't create any shareholder value. I've seen the crappiest of companies increase share price. Sam has made too many promises that he can not follow through on at all, which has basically destroyed the good image Infrax used to have when Paul Aiello was on board. Seems like Sam realized he can do better with his other stock and has left this behind. IMO the best thing Sam can do is hire a new CEO. I have no idea what Infrax is doing seriously. They seem to just be waiting on certification and not pursuing anything else with all the tech they have.
