I guess I just don't understand why so many people overlook the obvious problem here. Do you think anyone on this board thought that Kevetrin didn't belong to Cellceutix? In the past year and a half I have been here, I never recall someone saying, "Well, technically the patent in Menon's, not property of Cellceutix". I went back to the Jan 6, 2013 press release regarding the K patent...

"Cellceutix also announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) awarded the Company U.S. Patent No. 8,338,454 B2, titled “Nitrile Derivatives and their Pharmaceutical Use and Compositions.”

It says "awarded the Company", not Menon...
