There were two major firms converting shares that caused the steep drop in PPS. Scott said in the 10's of millions have already been converted.

BKRT and ARCA were obviously the two MM's doing the selling. ARCA has been gone since the most recent reversal. BKRT is back today but not as heavy.

With the UDI deadline approaching, and the recent dumping coming to a halt per CEO, this should bounce. Any major contract announcement and it will fly.
