The more I trade pinks the more I realize I dont think the DD even matters much because the more you dive into in the more problems you find. I trade on the probability of the CEO releasing news that drives the PPS up and I think that has a decent chance of happening here imo.

I believe you misread a news release. I believe it states they were going to sell 300 mil less shares with plan B than with original plan A. It did not say they were going to buy back 300m shares.
