They are no where near meeting uplist requirements...not even close.
Why would they downgrade from a premium tier to a shit tier??? To NOT be required to file with the SEC...yeah, that's not going to help them uplist buddy.

Pinks is not a good thing. They can afford the otcqb fee. Unless it has to do with the OTC wanting more info on Rosenberg to go to qb tier
