What are you going to sue for? You can win a judgement, but then what? I doubt Parilla has a D&O policy in effect in which you can sue for. But then again, his attorneys would drag it out so long that his counsel will take the policy.

Just use your efforts and complain to regulators and help get this guy indicted.
