I understand what you are saying but history proves otherwise. if a RS happens the stock will open much higher and you will have much less shares. Then it will drop if it follows what has historically happened to most companies that do this. the problem is we have people who have 20, 30,40 thousand or more shares. the company is not going to let them take that to market. too many outstanding shares. I would not just hold through the RS. that's just my opinion based on what I have seen with experience.
