We went round and round and round on this topic years back.
Why did they NOT file under the guarantee? Ummmmmmmm

Years back I spoke to a attorney for the trustee and asked that same question.

The answer amounted to legal jibberish.

There are a few on this thread that tried to file thier own paperwork UNDER THE GUARANTEE, myself included. To this date I only know of one person that was successfull.

That allways bothered me, I dont know why.
