I don't think we have tapped all the KVM money. I don't think it is
possible. I think JB believes we can afford the extra "Cash" penalty
for the payback of this short-term loan and he doesn't want to take
any more money via shares issued. At least this is the only thing that makes sense to me right now.
CASH for CLAIM FEES. $150,000.00 isn't much in the grand scheme of things.
