sounds good to me Perker. Whether or not you have any additional info, I certainly think XXII is ready to go back to new 52 week high over the next few days to weeks.

my anticipation is that a "blessing" in November would be a China National Tobacco deal for VLN...but I would expect much before that at anytime...including involvment and news on MMJ

I assume you are "speculating" about a PR that will come anytime...that will move us toward $8/$9.... but another bigger one in Nov. will be over $8/$9?
