The strange thing is, TMM and QTN are registered companies and HAD to file tax returns. As a banker, I require annual tax returns from all our un-audited customers, since you can't always trust internal financials. I'd love to see TMM's and QTN's tax returns. I wonder what's on them. Are they falsified? Who prepared them? Olsen and Schenk made such a mess of their internal accounting (there was none), I wonder who/how they did their federal filings...
