What a timely question this turned out to be! Dr. Menon filed a Form 4 only hours ago.

As of July 2010 he reported holding 31,048,286 shares as Trustee for the Menon Family Trust.

According to today's filing he disposed of 10,000,000 shares in a transaction with a code of "J" on 8/28. Here's what the instructions say about that transaction code:
"J — Other acquisition or disposition (describe transaction)"
Here are the remarks from the Form 4:
"Represents shares transferred to a non-related third party in a non-cash transaction pursuant to a Settlement Agreement."
