NTEK is diluting the FLOAT, the FLOAT went up 125M over the last 12 months any good answer gets NTEK looking better

No answers, but have a ntek question... If I buy ntek shares on the open market, I'm buying shares from the outstanding share count lets say 400 million. Same shares back and forth. When I sell them, it's back to that same count. But when the count next says 450 million, who ADDED and were they new shares to the count and how?

And if I bought 1,000,000 at .05 when at 400 mil outstanding and now there is 450 mil outstanding does that do anything to the value of my shares? I can still sell them at .05 correct?

Float has nothing to really due with Dilution dude. Get the Facts next time.....NTEK the company cannot sell shares as you say without increasing the O/S. Do I need to explain what O/S means?lol
