But of course. Remember, tho, keep it in perspective. If the plaintiffs case "fails" then the defendandt succeeds. We are the plaintiffs, and when we succeed, yes, incredibly, the government wins, too.

Crazily, the government is not wise enough to understand they should not even be here.

The government will make more money by simply turning this over to shareholders and releasing cship. Here is why:
1. First, any profits made by shareholders is taxable. So the government will get taxes..and lots of it.

2. Next, the dividends will be taxable. So the government gets revenue on that, too.

3. More Importantly, with a healthy mortgage market, more people will be building, buying, and selling homes, and these homes will bring more money..all of which is taxable.

4. The "new" poeple who now have jobs building, selling, and buying these new homes, will all get paid and guess what..that is taxable.

5. Same with lumber companies, realtors, title insurance, home inspection, home warranty, home appliance companies, Lowes, Home Depot, ETC, ETC.
Quite simply, they will generate more tax dollars with a healthy mortgage market and thriving housing market, leading our country out of its doldrums.
This is not rocket science, its Economics 101.
