He and JT should have thought about that before he dumped 12 ANDAs on Elite for a hefty $10M. Ooops! That is exactly it; he did think about that and never had any intentions that those drugs be produced. That is why CEO and Epic are both dragging their feet and no drugs are being released. Goes with his Bread Crumbs Theory. So he may be more than what is said here.
