2.8M was what was list for last Q ending March 31, 2014...there are a few billion added to issued just what can be deciphered from convertible toxic loans payable...Conman could have made many more toxic deals and no one will know because he doesn't disclose anything prior to Q's or K's.. ie keeps shareholders in the dark while he dilutes the crap out of the company.
