MNGA, I do agree on your speculation about them expanding and the possible Navy deal but that isn't the only possible catalyst that could be on the horizon considering that the Italian National Alternative Energy Laboratory (ENEA) began testing of the gas in Feb and was scheduled to be completed in 6 months.
