This ticker I'm in gave a divy of one of their spin-offs.....

The shares have been distributed (and that took months to do) and yet those spin-off shares cannot be traded until the IPO of the divy which is supposed to occur later this year.

So nearly a year later, those divys are still idle.

My point being: Go to that board and ask around, you don't hear anyone whining.....
