It seems that Cooper is the one that filed the agreement disclosure on OTCMarkets. Check Valiant's stickied post #61071 for more details. COO has a couple of things coming up over the next two weeks that should help shed more light on this agreement. And that will be when more ears hear about EPGL.

I agree!! I'm disappointed at our PPS as well. Just because we are disappointed at the market reaction doesn't mean that.....our belief in the company has changed. We believe EPGL will be big!!! Just have to wait longer!!
