ICE, I called MTWD several times. LOL! Not sure what the question is regarding that. No Metwood is NOT going to absorb UBRG. The plan was for them to combine efforts to become one of the largest Energy Companies in the US. That was what I was told. They have revenues and should top their highest year with the June filing so I am anxious to see what they have done. No they won't go down the tubes. They own 51% of NDR who has contracts with numerous large reputable firms. I guess...why would you think they are going down the tubes?
