Joel stated that if he could not get the float down to about 2 billion through buybacks only he may have to do a 2-1 to a 10-1 rs at EOY but no rs at all was preferable.He stated he owns 120,000,000 commons so we are all in the same boat,and that he is about building a global mining company not about selling shares.
