That's the impression I have gotten as well. I believe that they are not taking NeoPulse any further without a partner in Europe. Till then it is on ICE. Which is o.k. because ImmunoPulse has so much more value to offer

Don't play ignorance here. You posted a very very important and material post about Neopulse being filed in Europe. This is not a an "opinion" statement but one where investors can be significantly mislead on a material fact. It is our job as moderators to facilitate honest and sometimes heated discussion on the risk/reward factors involved in investing/trading ONCS. Material misrepresentations have no place on the IHUB message board and won't be tolerated.

This is NOT the yahoo board. We have a very savy group of intelligent investors here. Even Jumpingjackass, who's heart is two sizes too small, provides very intelligent counterpoints for the board and always provides links to his thoughts and ideas.

I suggest you try very hard to find that filing ASAP. If not, I will be recommending a sanction on your account.

What or who is about to go to phase 3? Are you taking it there?
