I agree serenity. I'm not about to try an unknown product on something as expensive as carpet. When I see a product on a shelf that I have never heard of I usually think it must not be that good or I would have heard of it. Why bother to dilute? They don't dilute in the youtube videos of the product, they just pour it straight from the bottle onto the siding,carpet, or whatever else they are filming. Of course most of these these video's are just cheaply made, non professional, made at home videos so who knows what's in the bottle.
