Do you think management will solve those issues that shareholders were asking to be solved in the near future?

This is very true as I live here however that Novacab is a foreign company not sure how that would impact taxes. Its like bringing a car from another state or country and California will tax the hell out of you to the point that they do it so people will not go out of state to buy them.
