Did you read this part in the update about late submission of annual report?

"The registrant will report a net loss of approximately $626,997 for the year ended May 31, 2014 as compared to the net loss of $1,752,791 for the year ended May 31, 2013. The financial results may change subject to the auditor's report."

A net loss nonetheless, but great to see. More reports to be given in time.
