I know that swiftly but my questions is IF SVFC wanted to go private what would the the pps for all holders as company would have to buy back shares, no? Just wondering....either way I hope new addition to the bod makes a difference, hoge difference. Go SVFC so we, longs, are finally happy.

Private Companies still have stock, they are just not publicly traded. In order for the company to go private, they would have to buy back the existing shares from those who currently hold them. It's referred as a share buy back.
