The two Goldberg reverse splits are common knowledge, one for 1:500 and another 1:1000.

1. $2.50 diluted down to .0001
2. 1:500 Reverse split = $.05
3. $.05 diluted down to $.0001
4. 1:1000 Reverse split = $.10
5. $.10 Diluted down to .$0008
