What real company announces a merger/acquisition months before it takes place - why hasn't AEGY filed a 8-K?

The answer is very simple - the press release was issued prior to opening bell the day trading resumed so the insiders could dump more shares.

The 4 to 6 weeks has come and gone - the last press release was on 06/24/2014.

There isn't a Canadian company - it was all about the pump.
