I fail to see Earl's vested interest regarding his posts on this board. Earl is most likely encouraged (via his legal counsel) not to contact Ken directly. I have nothing against either party involved in the legal matter I acknowledged on this board; however, I fail to see how not being a proponent of GCEI and the organization's shareholders will be detrimental to Earl in any way whatsoever.
