It doesn't matter what the predictions are. I have never made a dime off of a prediction. If that were the case I would cash out my ELTP holdings and buy lottery tickets. Growth pays the bills growth is all that matters. My prediction is the same as it was the day I bought in, based on the science, demographics and demand, ELTP appears to be a solid play with the potential to make those of us who don't play rent money and can afford to wait it out, a considerable amount of money. I am willing to admit that this is only my opinion and in no way a recommendation for people to buy.
