-Promise of audited fins and uplisting, never happens. I disagree. You can never say never. And BTW, the up-listing, as Frank explained in his audio interview, was something that he's working on for the future, it's not going to happen overnight like you expect.
-Execution of a worthless divy. I disagree. That is yet to be determined. You are only stating your opinion, not the facts, as usual.
-Endless dilution leading to an R/S. Again, you are only stating your opinion, so we'll have to wait to see if this does occur, right?
