I will help you on that. Everybody on this board knows that the license time frame is up to hc. That is the obvious and not the issue. The Issue is Bill saying things to get everyone excited when he knows that he cannot predict the date of the possible license.

It is misleading and makes it sound like he knows something no one else does.
