Absurd, you don't stop trading for being late in your filing lol

If applicable, the company will catch up to any late filings like they have done in that past ...

No biggy, happens all the time in pennies.

are you saying that ORFG won't be trading tomorrow morning

No, not saying that. ORFG will trade as usual tomorrow. However, it is already queued up to receive its "Stop Sign" tag symbol on the OTC site.

Where this info coming from?

I quizzed the OTC on 19-Aug as when the next ORFG filing would be due. OTC indicated they had until 29-Aug.

On the 29-Aug after close I replied back, noting there was no OTC filing. I asked when ORFG might receive the "STOP SIGN" from OTC.

Reply received back was:

The company has till midnight to file their report. If no report is posted the company would be queued to move from OTC Pink Current on Tuesday 9/2.

Either that wonderful brand new ticker will arrive with an OTC Stop Sign attached, or possibly a Yield Sign instead. From the OTC site for a Yield Sign:

Designed for companies with financial reporting problems, economic distress, or in bankruptcy to make the limited information they have publicly available. The Limited Information category also includes companies that may not be troubled, but are unwilling to provide disclosure pursuant to OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines.

The Chinese Masters can try to hump it tomorrow, and get the OTC filing in. Have it removed by 03-Sep. Then again, the Chinese Masters do tend to procrastinate. Shareholders are apparently too excited about a ticker change to care. So why should the Chinese Masters care?

Actually I'd prefer they do hump in an OTC filing. They are obligated to tell shareholders the valuation, and stock issuance for Nations. That could be entertaining.
