I bet for $2000 or so a Chinese resident with expert command of language would be willing to look up the filings and see how much of the numbers are legit.

There is a group of long term SIAF investors that are skeptical and savvy people. Some of them speak Chinese, and some even reside in China. They do, in fact, read everything in Chinese. They also visit the restaurants, and check out the other company facilities regularly. All incognito. The long investors communicate among themselves.

I think that sufficient due diligence has been done, privately and by institutions and government agencies, to put overblown accusations to rest.
