so why is MMRF assuming a milestone was triggered

by citing passage from a PR? Why haven't they been in contact with Celgene since the milestone was overdue 2 years ago??? ((The answer is MMRF has good reason to believe that Celgene IS NOT using MMRF's dataset in their study, therefore would not owe MMRF any further payments That would essentially render all of MMRF's biotech assets worthless, just as stated by Favrille's managment team.

And the PR cited IS NOT one of the milestones from the agreement.

This is the next milestone, it is not the event described in the PR, and this MIlestone is 2 years OVERDUE
