Will the G4 ever sell?? Evidence as of today is that it will NOT.

Based of, if nothing else, the history of lack of profitability that that the company historically has suffered. And as they, CDEX, have declared in most if not all of the SEC reports that they must have funds from lenders or PP holders or go under.

The reorganization plan has failed.

And remember the long list of business partners and suppliers that were owed monies by cdex. Those businesses were hurt badly, a few were destroyed. Perhaps if bumfield had not presented terms from what the court called a "loan to own scheme" by the bag holders.

Again the bankruptcy was planned and filed by bumfield. Telling everyone that bumfield did this and did that are just speculations on the part of some who post here. And reading from anything that was printed out of the CDEX office should be taken for what it is, final form, contracts, commercially produced, liars!

Oh and all this narrative was from four years ago. Still nothing from CDEX , ZERO products, just SEC filings and a shareholders meeting. Can't ignore the present teaming with dubious partners, a witness, and the coming loan-a-thon at the NIBA.
