it sounds as if you are speaking from experience of your own or someone close. I will file your suggestion for when the time comes. My son-in-law is just coming out of denial. A recent bone marrow biopsy lead his docs to think he may have a year before transplant is recommended (but no guarantees as to time, every case develops differently). Seems that since they said probably a year, he had plunged back into work and family life.
