Stonybrook may have been holding onto to the PR for a little while now. The MDA announcement proved they can. I don't think it's been as long as you imply, or the buyout of the Dr. I really believe industry has held any mandate expansions up.

All my opinion. Not going to buy in on the collusion though.

50M shares represents about 7% of the company, this is way too much for my liking, I am keeping small 150K shares position because I believe in mandate expansion, however I will not invest any additional dollar here simply because my confidence in the CEO is very low
