At this point it seems clear ....no partner until trial results. With two failed trials and one botched pphm needs to prove bavi works to a partner.

That doesn't make sense. For small biotechs, partnerships are a result of having early stage trials that fail. If they had a successful early stage bavi trial that wasn't tampered with and returned statistically significant results it would have resulted in either an early approval or the sale of the company. There would have been no reason to find a partner to help fund all of the late stage trials that need to be run.

I still think that at least one partnership will be announced prior to the Sunrise trial getting fully enrolled.
