There is some opinion that Shrem was the quiet owner of TCHH. Kent Carasquero is the last known CEO of TCHH. Also a mention in Bloomberg of the indictment at the same time of Shrem indictment. See:

Perhaps, now that there has been a plea bargain deal, Shrem/Crarsquero will put this business back to work with a license to transmit money. Seems this was once quite a lucrative business. Especially the bitcoin portion of the business.

See post # 6397 as well. BitInstant was Srem's company. It appears they had some form of partnership, according to indictment documents. TCash Ads, INC. & Trust Cash Holdings Inc. & BitInstant were all involved, but it now looks like a plea deal has been reached at much reduced charges.

Don't know what this means for Trust Cash. Could be a vehicle for taking Payza public, after all the smoke clears.
