Does anyone do any dd? The preferred shareholders are not affected by any dilution. So like they have for years just keep dumping. They have no reason to stop so to think buyback is nonsense. They said it before never happen just more dilution. The prefers here are the problem. They control this and own 6/7ths of o/s no matter what level it is. That is why keep dumping shares doesn't hurt them at all. Just look they have been doing this for many years. It's not new just to some newbies ignoring what past shareholders have seen before. I used to buy into the lies. I see again so many ignoring history and facts by and the lies about dilution current filings proof with increase in o/s and a/s. Also ignoring she did not deliver deals she pumped in PR back in April to dump shares. This board and the newbies ignoring lies about dilution etc by latest preferred shareholders is same as for years. Been going on by them for many years. Longer you hold after rare short run with each pump and dump you will be added to victims list. It's years old. First it was creating value with aerospace deals. Never happen. Then starting in 2011 to even now PR's how flight school would expand with foreign students. The drop in revenues since then to now shows never happen. Now it's about new strip mall MJ store not deal she PR'd to start latest pump and dump last spring. Same as before dilution, increase in a/S PRICE TANKS AGAIN. Just go back and look at pr's and results in filings. Same people in control doing same thing. Buyers just need to look at the track record and how bad it's been for common.
