In the midwest you'd be grubbing on some Hardees lol. Yeah something is brewing anyone's guess as good as anyone else's. Love to see new blood on the board and he sure picked a doozey to break in on lol. Buyout? Couple months ago I was leaning toward that option but now I think this truly is an infringement play. Can't argue we hold patents that companies are capitalizing from. Hope they have the right players to get the compensation deserved.
IF they are sitting on a cash flow from royalties, won by the big law firm representing their big licensee why do Carter and Ali need to raise capital at this time?
Remember, all of the development and legal costs are, supposedly, being covered by the big licensee, who is 'working aggressively to commercialize and sub-license the patents' at their own expense. Source: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/REVO/news
Remember, they are supposed to have a $10m line of credit for capital investments 'to aggressively grow and expand Greenwood and Revolutionary Concepts' Source: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/REVO/news
And why do they need more capital at this time, if they are sitting back and waiting for another multi-million dollar buy-out offer from the 'big boys'?
Issuing more shares and raising more capital at this time just doesn't make sense.
UNLESS, Ron Carter and Solomon Ali need to raise money to continue with their little scheme, because: the licensee doesn't have the resources to make any payments; the lawyers are not pursuing royalties; and there are no big boys wanting to buy-out the company.
