License cannot save this company. Even with a license it will be years before a profit is realized. And that may never happen. They cannot sustain as they sold part of their revenue and issued too many shares. No on in their right mind would pay over 200 million for a barn on rented property so forget about a buy out. The competition has not sold part of their revenue and can raise more capital by issuing shares. This company is a mess.
