The time period is one factor. Need to fix a price that is acceptable to everyone so it is not a burden to attend for some with smaller share amounts, then the time period could be determined. imo
March can be dicey on the North Shore of Kauai, or anywhere in the islands that time of year. It's warm, but we can get big rainstorms and wind. September would be ideal or May. I suggest the program be set up at the 5-star St. Regis in located near Princeville. http://www.stregisprinceville.com/
An array of activities can be arranged from world-class golfing to just lying around the pool, checking out the many secluded beaches that the North Shore is famous for, boogie boarding in Hanalei Bay, world class snorkeling, jungle hiking, zip lining, fine dining, you name it!
