My thought is exactly opposite. Think TTNP is trying to separate themselves from Braeburn with regard to the Europe market. With little cost involved for approval in Europe, assuming US approval, keeping Braeburn out of the equation may give them more leverage negotiating terms. As it stands now Braeburn holds a large position pre approval. Why let them add here especially when pps is extremely low. Putting themselves in the drivers seat moving forward might be the reason for raising this cash now.
