I also believe a close over .10 will bring in new fund managers as many firms will only allow buying of .10+ securities because of internal policy.

This is when it gets crazy, almost got there today, just .0002 away...

Obviously some funds will still buy and have been buying under .10, lucky for them they are able to grap at best PPS, they been running the show last few weeks, the drop today was obvious day traders exiting, not the ones accumulating millions& millions of shares last few weeks.

Someone got a bargain today @.07!

Cooper did their DD. Today validates that EPGL is for real. Big money should start flowing in soon.
