Sounds like the claim of "frivolous" is that CTT is claiming they can sue for payment but not secure the equipment they have a lien on. You pay for sheet rock through a contractor, he puts it in your house but doesn't pay Lowe's, Lowe's can put a lien on your house, even though you paid for it - it doesn't mean they can get their sheet rock back though.

From what I can tell, judges are likely to side with the lien holder in this case. The lien is very specific and unspoiled and it appears that CTT is not acting in good faith.

Its not a slam dunk, but its not frivolous either.
