jab what does either company hope to gain from further litigation?
Antares patents do not apply to medacs device and medacs patent will not stand as obviousness is surely in play. I just do not see either party spending all the money when the likely outcome will be a wash.

I'm a bit dissappointed myself; as I think timing a high sell point is a strong point I mine.....hence i stick to this is a fake move to short sell. But if I'm wrong, then she goes past 3! There's is more built up energy here than i think at a much higher pps.

I haven't been in this space of market long enough to ad experience based on fundemtals. That's why I appreciated all the posts here.

The only thing I can ad to my reasoning is that I agreed with somebody else here (was it you?) that the form 4 put a close on positive material info being released soon, but more importantly the "true" driver to any stock. Speculation.
