Luther and Vakser are planning to rob investors again. Luther says he will distribute free shares to holders of PRPM. That remains to be seen. I had one stock years ago that gave its shareholders free shares as a "dividend". It was another worthless company but it was SEC current/reporting. The shares magically appeared in my account one day, I sold them and left the money in the account, a week or so later I checked the account and that money had been removed by my broker. I imagine it was quite a mess for the broker to have to clean up. The dividend shares disappeared for everyone. No telling what they would have done if I had had all the money invested instead of some just sitting. Maybe they would have picked some other stock to sell off to recover their trouble/loss of time dealing with it? I dunno... Anyone ever had a free shares dividend that was legit? Have one that went bad? Thoughts?
